And always remember, Magic #FNM exists worldwide :)

@papierzeit -.- Don't remind me. Plz.

@Skematica okay, I'll shut up.

@papierzeit I'm glad yours was a success. How did it go?
runeranch Rune Ranch
@papierzeit Yes! It's Magic.
German MTG cards are very popular in Japan and Japanese cards are popular here.

@Skematica had an extremely bad day and had to retire to bed. But #FNM Modern will be on my todo list next week.

@runeranch a colleague of my son brought Japanese Magic cards with him a few years ago. I found it special that a somewhat thinner paper is used there.

@papierzeit Have not notice that. But I only own a few. Just love their syllabary.

@runeranch yeah, I like that a lot, too. The cards are produced in different printing plants. The best quality is that of the Belgian factory. But there are also some in the USA. At least that's what I know.

@papierzeit Same. My day was on the downhill from the point I woke up and culminated in a horrible event of being snubbed at #FNM. I'm gonna put Magic to the side for a while. I know when I'm not welcome, so why bother right? There always #Eternal :)
papierzeit Me personally
@Skematica i'm not the player who plays a lot at #FNM, the different people stress me. For my son i have recently made some exceptions. I will focus on Magic Arena in the future. I enjoy it more than #Eternal - what I currently see as a gap filler.

@papierzeit Is your FNM playgroups very competitive or what is this? All I play is almost kitchen Magic but with competitive decks. @Skematica
papierzeit Me personally
@runeranch at my local #FNM almost everyone plays with extremely aggro or control decks that cause tears in their eyes. It's really no fun in the long run. But that's my view of things. A round with my son at home is just more relaxing. @Skematica
runeranch Rune Ranch
@papierzeit Fully understand! I like playing with other players. For me it's not what decks they play. Often wish there was more casual players like me.
I love the speed of a 3-4 turn modern.

@runeranch that's right, the game for the sake of the game. @Skematica

@papierzeit this is my problem too: too much ego and competitive aggression. I rather like the released game at home with friends occasionally. That's how I started in first year of Uni. @runeranch

@Skematica and this is exactly where the problem starts, I know almost nobody in my environment who is really interested in Magic. That's why I like Magic Arena, you can play there anytime you want and you teach a lot. @runeranch
