There was a kids Christmas party at work today. I believe it was a three year old who spent five minutes sassing me. Felt like home.
Determines song order, so you won't necessarily be matched with your song? Or you go up in the order of the songs, so you're matched with your song, but if people don't like you/the song, you won't go sing.
What else is there in bars... Group chat, music, drinks and food, electricity, pool? Easy. Arcade games? Easy. How would you modify karaoke for a phone based setting? Allow people to upvote/downvote songs? Get in line for karaoke, add a song, but voting
Jukebox via an app is already a regular thing. If you even want to have ambient music.
Can easily do trivia nights as well... Except the whole using your phone thing. But you don't know Jack style things would be easy.
This is getting too complicated.
But the app works anywhere, can send a drink to any seat, whether you're there or not. Possibly with a message, at the least an invite to chat and a seat number for the sending party, if they're in the bar.
Really really bad idea: has someone made a smartphone bar yet? Free WiFi, no tracking, power at every seat, no TVs, order things via app, small tables or bar only, expectation of 2 or fewer per party, in-bar chat app that only works on their WiFi....
